課程概述

蔬菜和生活與健康密切相關，由園藝專業正確認識各蔬菜種類，對重要蔬菜之植物特性、生產技術與其理論依據有基本概念，體會試驗研究與產業發展的關係，進而珍惜自然界的生態平衡與資源的維護。 

課程目標
 建立學生對蔬菜基本觀念的了解，培養學生蔬菜栽培之核心能力，由之可進入個別蔬菜的生長與發育的研究。

2. One selected vegetable crop (products & picture)
